About Us
For the last six years Andrew Horton has worked extensively in web TV, broadcast news, PR, and multimedia consultancy. At 365 Media Group he co-managed the newsroom for In The Box Media - producing and presenting web TV sports bulletins for clients including O2 and Tiscali. Based on this success, the company was bought by, and is now run by, Sky. Spotted by BBC New Talent in 2005 Andrew was asked to work as a video journalist and community video trainer in faith communities, as part of its Local TV pilot scheme in Shropshire. Then followed time in the news team at Premier Media Group, where he brokered a number of high profile exclusives. Worldview Media was formed in 2009 as a successful culmination of these experiences. It now has a pool of experts in their fields, who combine to form a diverse and compelling professional skill base. Worldview Media has recently been shortlisted for a 2010 Jerusalem award, as the founder and co-producer of the web's first ever real-time Passion Play, told on Twitter and Facebook.
THINK
Worldview Media believes there is far more to generating new ideas than just ‘thinking outside the box’. It's not always obvious, but what about what is in the 'box' already? Often too much time and resources are spent outsourcing imagination, when untapped genius may already lie within your workforce. Together we can find it and bring it to life.
CREATE
Great ideas and epiphanies need to be refined and cultivated to make them workable. What are the tools needed to make this work? How will it form and take shape for consumers to engage with? Worldview Media can produce multimedia products; it can also empower you to create them for yourself – and continue to do so, independently.
SUSTAIN
Quick fixes may be ‘quick’ and ‘a fix’, but what about the long range view? Instigating momentum in others is one of the chief responsibilities of sustainability. It also makes good business sense. If you can empower and equip your workforce to take the initiative, to produce a quality multimedia product for you, then you can dispense with the ‘middle man’. It saves time, and can enrich your team. Let Worldview Media show you how.
